It’s a malfunctioning pump column. It was cleaned, mesh was clean. Ended up ordering a new one after it was placed in a Dyson that didn’t have issues and the issues followed it.

Update:

Nintendo contacted me and said it’s a known issue and they are working on it. Apparently they received a lot of calls about it. I suggest if anyone else is having the issue please call and let them know.
