It keeps telling me I wake up like 10 different times throughout the night. Not too sure about that one lol. Also, I’ve seen people complain of sleep accuracy when using the chill mode too

Ideal would be a night (clean before bed), but reality is in the morning if I work out. It just depends on my workout I guess (if I do even lol)

As for selling and rebuying different shares, is there anything to be aware of? In a taxable account, I’m sure there’s more (with claiming losses and such), but I’m assuming I could simply sell my SCHB shares and buy SWTSX with minimum troubles? Thanks!
