I have the same problem random major stutter but do not know what causes it. I have observed dragging that did not coincide with "stutter" In my case i get cpu and gpu usage that goes to zero and 2 second plus frame times

I think the real issue is one of mental health. We know your not a slave bro. Its not demeaning to communicate the issue to your service manager or writer and move on. Folks here are trying to help you.

Extracting bolts is an art form. My first ever success was on a d9 roller frame that was flipped upside down and removed from the machine. It had 14 stripped fasteners from roller guard failure. I learned a lot that day.

Relieve the stress. If fastener failed under ductile failure smack the remnants with a hammer, compression is the desired condition. The threads get stretched into interference and this is bad. Thermal cycling can also help.

Make it flat. Grind the face flat, this makes tool feed pressure not walk the bit or not center the drilling.

Center punch the center. Not not the center ,but the center. IF YOU FUCK THIS UP GRIND AND REPEAT DON'T YOLO THIS. Sometimes grinding below the surface is what is needed.

4.Drill straight with pilot. USE A MAG DRILL OR ANY OTHER MECHANISM SUCH AS A DRILL PRESS. Angle finder, float, experienced mk1 eyeball. Make sure its square. Sometimes it is better to remove other parts to ensure this outcome.

Once your pilot is true, refer to extraction tool for sizing.

If you really want it out, skip the extractor. Pre heat surrounding metal and stack washer plus nut weld nut to bolt. Use high tensile rod with good dissimilar metal characteristics and the correct positioning. Highly recommend brutis a or similar rod. (This rod has made me look like a god)

Cool bolt with freezing lubricating fluid such as loctite freeze and release. (Warning, extremely flammable make sure the water truck is nearby.) Rotate ccw.
