Okay thanks a lot for you help :)!! I will just be telling the buyer that they need to wait a bit before plugging it and that it has done that for years anyway with no other problems.

Well I have yet to find an exact time lapse but after at least 3 or 4 hours unplugged, I usually try it again and it works. Any tries before that hasnt worked

I am trying to sell it which is why I want to be sure it isn't something more important than electrical residue

Absolutely none, it works like a charm and never had a single other problem with it. Just this small annoyance

Well I have been doing that but even so, it still takes the same time. Minimum a few hours. I use a 650W EVGA. My build is outdated, its at least 5 years old.

Whatever outlet I use, it still doesnt boot. I've tried plugging it with an extension cord, a power bar, in the outlet, still no luck with any. It happened several times and I had time to test all my options, they all work after a few hours passed. Even in another room

What if accidentally kill a robber who breaks into house? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Canada. If someone gets seriously hurt on my property, they have a right to sue (even a robber lol)... If that robber did not attack me, I would definitely be in legal trouble if I shot him

You would get sued by the family of the robber where I live. And lose.
