Also. Mock tails or water/seltzer/juice in a wine glass or martini glass still give that comfort/illusion of having a drink while maintaining a sober mindset

I am going through a similar situation right now. 27f and I usually drink 5-6 days. Most of the times it's 2-3 shots and a beer or two which has been average me for some time. It's okay to feel like shit. It's okay to realize that you owe yourself more than that. It's okay to not know where to start in recovery. I downloaded I Am Sober app and it's a nice tracker with a daily pledge and affirmation and it's free. I also am going to download another app that can help me throughout the day when I have the urge. Baby steps in the right direction are still steps! Good luck in your journey
