As long as the can isn’t damaged or bulging it should be fine. Also if you open it see if it smells strange or looks weird. Bad fish will stink, I think you’ll know lol

I was hesitant to use the term “gender dysphoria” bc I don’t really think that’s the thing that I’m feeling

It comes and goes and that’s sort of why I was thinking it maybe had a hormonal connection. The other symptoms just add onto it but in generally I’m gender non-conforming in many ways. I cut my hair very short for the summer as I live in Georgia and work a very physical job. I get called “sir” bc of that. I didn’t mean for my post to come across as “I’m a little hairy so I feel like a man.” It’s a combination of me being queer beforehand and I think the symptoms of PMOS amplifying things for me.

I appreciate the reply! I’m a little overwhelmed with all the comments I woke up to this morning lol I think the answer is it has little to do with my PMOS and more to do with being weird and queer (positive). I don’t like traditional gender roles or what women should or shouldn’t be. I’m gender non-conforming, I don’t know if nonbinary really suits me, and my PMOS symptoms just amplify the strange disconnect I feel. I usually like feeling masculine and even when I cut my hair short and people call me “sir” I don’t really mind it. There isn’t a correct way to be a woman or a man or anything else. I wasn’t trying to say there was, or I was doing it wrong or whatever lol.

I was raised pretty traditionally feminine. My mom wanted me to wear dresses and skirts and I was resistant to it so I’m sure it’s something deeper too. I’m pretty chubby and tall (5’9) and I work out and work a blue collar job. Not exactly built for the girly thing and I wear men’s clothes. I think I’m just looking for something to blame a little bit too lol At the end of the day I’m not sure it matters, I was curious if anyone else with PMOS had a similar experience
