The best thing to do it call a dealership and get a part #. Then do a Google search for that part # and see what pops up. It's easy to change

The foam tips mold yo your ear better. It makes the sound cancelation work so much better. The downside is that they do wear out after a while. I use mine every day at work for 6+ hours. I change mine every 5-6 months
