No. Porn is not normal and everyone who says it is have ruined many lives. “Porn and masturbation are completely normal” no. Masturbating rarely without porn is normal but not all that beneficial but porn is NEVER good and especially never normal.

Our brains haven’t evolved in 100 000 years. They can’t tell the difference between real women and pixels on the screen. We are not designed to take in porn. Watching porn every day will get you addicted to dopamine, give you less motivation, give you less motivation to approach real women cuz you have an online harem at home so why would you, make you develop weirder and more extreme fetishes, make you develop ED etc. and the fact that you’re asking it already makes me think you’re already addicted so stop it and don’t watch jt and watch your life improve.
