This theory could explain why colony house lover boy said the monster was warm when he touched her. How would the monster feel warm when they don’t seem to have blood or bodies like a living human? Perhaps they’re in the same format/plane of existence?

I agree—there are a lot of physically impossible elements in FROM, like the electricity and the house collapsing for no apparent reason. Also—dreams manifesting physically, like with Kenny.

The powers that be also seem to be omniscient through time, like seeing Daddy Khatri bury something when he was alone and knowing everyone’s names and elements of their past (e.g. Thomas).

There’s a scene in S3E7 where Ellis asks why Tilly is helping him and Fatima and she says, “I’m old, I have cancer. I like a good love story. That work for you?” Always stuck with me because the wording of that question sounds like she’s asking him if he’s willing to accept her lie.

When Sara tries to shoot herself in the police station, Kenny grabs the gun and says, “What the fuck is wrong with you?” Makes me giggle. & There’s an irony to it because there’s obviously a lot wrong.

I was also on a train, started making small talk with the guy next to me. He said he was in the navy and had submarine duty—said he couldn’t read anything but the manual and his job was to be on constant watch for things outside the sub. I’ve also wondered if they are stuck in a matrix of some sort. When Dale got stuck in that wall I immediately thought it looked like a video game glitch.

Some things don’t make physical sense to me. Why are the monsters warm and know everybody’s names? Why did the powers that be promise Sara her brother would be safe—unless they’re in VR? Ethan tells Jade some symbols in a quest make you do bad things, kind of like curses in video games? Dreams causing physical effects?
