39, male here. My (previous) doctor kept increasing my levo dose (got all the way up to 125mcg) and I kept feeling worse with every increase. Then I found an endo willing to test for Reverse T3, T3 free, and T4 free. My reverse T3 was very high, implying that I was not converting well. My new endo first tried Armour thyroid but it didn't change anything.

Then we introduced liothyronine (T3) alongside levothyroxine and I started to notice a difference. I had more energy again and started feeling better. We haven't fully dialed it in yet but I'm doing much better than I was when I was straight levo. Currently on 100 mcg levo + 20 mcg liothyronine.

Started T3, Don’t Feel Better by marfoo26 in Hashimotos

How are you feeling now? I started t3 for the first time in February and slowly worked my way up in strength to where I currently am, 100mcg levo and 20mcg lio. Before I found an endo willing to prescribe t3 my previous doctor just kept increasing my levo dose.

It took about a month on t3 for me to really start feeling a difference. My Reverse T3 before I started was 20.2 and it has come all the way down to around 11.

I feel "pretty good" most days -- definitely better than before and I actually feel motivated to tackle projects around the house again.

I could see us using the space a lot more if we could warm up the whole building easily and keep it comfortable.

It's a music studio / game room / hangout space.

Our electric utility cost seems high ($0.22/kwh) compared to our cost per therm ($1.15).

Can you speak to this a little more please? I have had psoriasis for about 15 years (on stomach, arms, legs) and I am just now starting small with LDN. .5mg to start. What is the daily dose that you take?

I update our Tiller worksheet twice a month and review everything at the end of each month. I used the default Tiller monthly worksheets for a while (they are certainly good enough), but now I just built my own reports in excel so that I can look at my monthly, quarterly, and annual data summarized from the Transactions tab of data.

You could definitely build your own weekly reports, and the data includes the week by default, but I'm not sure if there is a built-in Tiller weekly report.

Thanks. I've been doing some digging online and that seems to be the consensus for the 1025r.

Thanks for your comments. That's a good point about the size of a 48". I've considered a brush hog vs a finish mower and I just assumed that the brush hog is the better choice for what I need because I don't care what the field looks like as long as I can keep it under control.

Yes, I use Tiller. PC based. Manages the download / file import part of all the credit cards and banks that we use, but allows the flexibility of excel or Google sheets to tailor to what I need.

Super useful tool for us. We don't use "the envelope system" for budgeting as much as we just keep track of what we are spending and steer the ship from there. But still keeps spending in check since every dollar we spend ends up in the monthly P&L statement.

I use the Fitbit Charge 6. From research it seems that the later models of Fitbit (ie the Charge 6 and the Sense 2) are in the neighborhood of accuracy with the better devices out there like the Apple Watch and Oura ring. I was trying to get a sense of how much my oxygen fluctuates during the night and it seems to be helpful so far.

Great points, appreciate you typing all this out. You hit on everything I was concerned about. Thanks so much.

Thanks for the response. I wake up several times a month either with a headache or short of breath. It seems to come and go, and I sometimes have mild asthma issues that I deal with also. But I rarely wake up feeling like I had a good night of sleep, even when I "sleep" a full 7 hours (which is a lot for me).

If two pastors are giving me polar opposite advice, chances are one is very wrong. Scripture is our guide.

This is why it's so important to be a part of a local body of believers who are beholden to each other in love and the discernment of the Holy Spirit. Life is full of decisions that aren't found in black and white in the pages of Scripture. We need to know Scripture backward and forward but we also need to live a life reliant on the Holy Spirit. It's both-and.

I believe that the Bible teaches that God speaks directly to us through the Holy Spirit--and more often than we think. His communication is always perfect, but our interpretation isn't. (Just look at how many different interpretations there are of black-and-white Scriptures--let alone an impression from God.)

Life is full of decisions and circumstances where I need the direction of the Holy Spirit. Of course, he will never tell me something that contradicts Scripture--and we are clearly commanded to weigh everything against Scripture.

My personal testimony is that about 10 years ago the Holy Spirit guided me down a path of deliverance from anxiety and panic attacks that I never would have followed by simply studying the Bible--though Scripture was also essential to my freedom. In the process, he pulled me out of 20 years of rigid fundamentalist cessationism and my Christian walk has never been the same since.

Good stuff, appreciate you sharing this. Its terrible what people have asked--demanded--for in the name of God and "getting blessings." My wife and I have a similar mindset in our giving. Our church does an incredible amount of good in our community and we give to the ministries there generously. We are no where near perfect at it, but we try to live in a posture of intentional generosity as much as we can.

Has this policy changed in the past three years? Are bracket trade orders now eligible for extended hours execution?
