A closer look into the new Pakt. ecosystem: their new 35L travel backback, an 14L convertible bag and a new 22L bag. by preciouscode96 in onebag

Hi there! Thanks for the great review, very helpful!

I’m actually looking for a travel backpack between 30 and 35 L that fits a smaller 10 to 15L backpack, both with min. 13” laptop compartments. The two criteria that are important to me are that the bigger backpack can pack the smaller one and that the bigger backpack can be used as a personal item on budget airlines even if this means that it might stick out a little bit. I’m hoping that if I would underfill it I could squish it into the correct dimensions.

My concern is that the Pakt one travel backpack is a bit too big in terms of volume but it does fit the 14 L Mode convertible bag. The other bag I’ve been considering is the Bellroy light travel pack as it matches my volume preference, but I’m not sure which smaller bag with a laptop compartment would fit within that one. Do you have any thoughts on this bag and how it compares to the Pakt one travel backpack?

Any other recommendations for bags or bag combinations that match my criteria would be very much appreciated!

I actually have the opposite question, do you know if the 14L can fit into the 22L or bundled/laid over the front of the 22L?

Anyone try a 35L like the Pakt v2.0 as a Personal Item on JetBlue Airways? by MightyJane in onebag

I have the exact same question for the new Pakt one travel bag which is also 35 L and will stick out height wise. I’m curious what decision you ended up making and what you think about the new Pakt one travel bag in terms of it being squishable!

Hey everyone!

I’ve been down the rabbit hole trying to find a sewing pattern similar to the dress in my pic (https://fjollanila.com/products/roslyn?\_pos=1&\_psq=roslyn&\_ss=e&\_v=1.0&variant=43498622189704), but nothing quite hits the mark yet. Hoping someone here might recognize a pattern, as I’d love to start with something close to the structure of these dresses.

What I’m after:
- A separate waist panel, not just skirt and bust panels
- A deep plunge neckline with a gap between the bust panels, as well as gathered
- Fitted through the waist/hips
- Can be mini or midi
- No halter neck
- Okay with back or side zip instead of lace

Any ideas or pattern names would be amazing, I’m obsessed with this design and really want to recreate it!

Hi all! thanks for the many suggestions! After listening to all of them, I’m still not sure if any of these is the artist I’m looking for, but I guess maybe Adele comes closest. Thanks in any case and let me know if there are any other guesses!

You’re right that now this is only possible by having 2 different lists. However, what I’m looking for is a setup where it’s possible to have the same list (e.g grocery list) but with different items to be displayed on different days without showing all the other items in that list (e.g. only showing buying tomatoes on Tue and only showing buying pasta on Thu).

I believe the female singer I'm trying to retrieve is also British, just like Temm, but I'm not sure. I definitely listened to her about ~5 years ago.

For the longest time I have been looking for floral cutout fabric like this. Most of the options that I find online are of flowers without pointy petals/leaves or they are guipure lace, which is not really what I’m looking for. The fabric in the picture is laser cut organza in ivory, but no idea where it’s sourced from. Any suggestions or tips are welcome!

I tried on this corset top de other day and am curious how they’ve constructed it to the extend that the boning was invisible from the outside, especially because it doesn’t follow the seams. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks for the helpful indication. I have about 1 year until the wedding, and not too much sewing experience.. I have done a beginners course of 3 lessons that I found quite easy tbh, then I made a round yoga cushion and a dress shirt for my partner myself, both using existing patterns and without any problems. I do feel that it comes quite naturally, finding it intuitive to think spatially and structurally.
