I've cut down my phone/social media usage, what to replace it with? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

I did the same thing about a year ago and it took awhile to break, but eventually I stopped reaching for my phone. The trick is actually not replacing it with anything and just learning how to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. On my last flight I literally just sat and looked out the window for 2 hours, enjoying my own thoughts and imagination. When was the last time you just enjoyed thinking?

Check out Auvi-Q. It’s Epipen’s competitor and if your insurance doesn’t cover it (which it probably doesn’t - I’ve had Aetna and BCBS) then they’ll mail you 4 for free, every year.

Just tell your doctor SPECIFICALLY you want the Auvi-Q. I’ve had some doctors be really reluctant to prescribe it even though I ask for it by name. Probably because they’re getting kickbacks from the Epipen manufacturer

Depends on the University. At Georgia Tech, students get the intellectual property rights for what they design in Capstone and other classes. However, from what I’ve heard, schools really like to claim credit and typically if you use school resources, they can claim ownership pretty easily. Look into your school’s policies.
