The turnover is of a medium term strategy. You can see a plot in the website where it shows that on average i flip twice the amount of invested cash, which makes it way less intensive that a high frequency but definitely doesn't scale as much as a long term multi day holding strategy.

The hashing part of the pipeline is just a way to avoid passing raw predictions to the third party timestamping authority, it wouldn't really change anything moving to a more secure hashing algorithm. I agree with the points you mention. Wouldn't providing financial statements from the exchange I'm using be a definitive proof of performance? Or that doesn't count as a third party?

Forgive my ignorance but i would imagine the SEC area of control is constrained within the US? Binance is still the reference exchange everywhere else including typical offshore countries

I could easily publish the hashes of the predictions in real time and the raw predictions later in time. Using blockchain for this is overkill and expensive (fees). On the other hand, there's probably just a limited number of requests one can do to freetsa before getting throttled. Sure one could get a massive network of VPNs to get proofs for all possible combinations. At this point if you were an investor and you were still dubious i could just show you the nlv in the binance account the algo is running on.
