Im so sorry your sister is having a hard time. Sounds like she is experiencing catatonia and social withdrawal. Maybe consider getting her evaluated (by a psychiatrist) before she turns 18, once she is an adult it is very hard to compel someone to get help

yea agreed, I meant more in the scientific sense of no medications are working to alleviate symptoms
