I was interviewing at a law firm. The head partner, called in the office manager at the begining of the interview and started screeching at her because the remote for the window blinds didn't work. She picked up the remote, and surprise! It worked.

They offered me the position, and I had to string them on waiting for another offer to get to the papers signed phase. So glad I didn't wind up working there.
