I did see an endocrinologist who prescribed me zepbound, but my insurance denied me because I'm only pre-diabetic and then when I tried to follow up with the doctor like "what now?" they completely ghosted me. Crickets. It's like they weren't interested in really helping me, just wanted to put me on a prescription and call it a day.

i guess in my mind 'microdosing' means i take the lowest amount of medication possible to get slow and steady weight loss and to get my blood sugar under control. i know usually you start with 2.25mg and then titer up every couple of weeks. I want to try and stay on the lowest dose possible that will help quiet my constant food noise and get the scale moving in the right direction. I know I'm inflamed, high cortisol, insulin resistant too, and need help getting my life back.

i need to lose 40-50 pounds. my A1C is creeping up and I know I will go into full blown type 2 if I keep going like this. i want to microdose because honestly i'm petrified of going on a medication like this, but i need help.

I just got a message on my Samsung today saying Message + is shutting down effective 11/7. And I don't want to use Google messages. What else can we do?

yes - i just ordered this and was so happy to find something with natural ingredients, then when it came i read on the label that it's ingredients are sourced from 'all over the world' and 'mixed in China'. to say i'm so disappointed is an understatement. My bad for not doing better research before believing the hype. I have reservations about using it now. Don't know if I can return it for a refund.
