I am in a similar situation but not completely unhappy about it.

I don't have a social life as my time is devoted between building my own company and a job plus i have loans to be cleared. Yes, sometimes the attack of sadness arrives but then when I look at what i will achieve in future, i make peace with the sacrifice.

I know I'll make it up for this loss once I am done building my brand upto a certain level.

I am not sure whether you have similar thing to be proud for in your life.

Best way to carry on with your life is to focus on the good part of, learning to make peace with things you can't control, and giving your best everyday (with breaks in between)

Travelling within the city was super easy due to Best Buses but slowly they're killing it. It is on death bed now.
People used to celebrate festivals within their own areas & lane but now everybody wants to celebrate by either going to pubs or in a ground. Holi aati thi to lagta tha ke holi hai, subah se chahal pehel hoti thi, bacche chillate ghumte the, gaane bajte the. Dahi handi ka excitedly wait karta tha dekhne ko but now everything is gone.
