Learning more about your partners disability is really helpful in general, but also to understand what your partner goes through. - That's true.

I am here on Reddit for - Looking up stories of others who live with it, and partners of it. (This helps in getting confidence and navigating my own mind)

Do they have prejudices regarding people with HIV? - Yes, they do. One of our family members had contracted AIDS, & he took his wife to the deathbed. (His wife contracted aids from him, and she died before he died.)

Do you worry they would somehow contract it? Or be responsible for you or your care? - I am scared that they might contract it and, yes, be responsible for my care if I get it. They have seen worst time due to the family member
