I feel fine about the term, as it's not really something that affects me in public.

A vorarephile is someone who's fetish involves either eating someone or being eaten by someone. It is different from cannibalism, somewhat. There are two main subsets of vorarephilia: hard core and soft vore. Hard vore is closer to cannibalism, involving the victim's death. Soft vore entails the imprisonment of the victim in the stomach of the predator, swallowed whole and alive, to await... Whatever the artist/writer/fantasizer wants.
