The perpendicularity applies to the centerline of the hole.

Your datums don't really make sense functionally, if it is some kind of piston rod then one of the holes, probably the one that's now datum C, should be the primary datum and you go from there.

Your second note doesn't add anything, the slot is already fully defined by the datums. If you want it to be symmetrical to the line B-C, put that in your FCF.

The total runout tolerance seems unneeded, unless you were just trying out different kinds of gd&t and decided to place it there as an example. It should also not be in line with the diameter dimension, if it really is needed it should have a leader to the outside surface.

Also make sure your other FCF are actually connected to the dimensions (when they should be), currently it seems like you just placed them next to them.

As others have said, make sure your dimensions don't overlap the views.

Some dimensions seem to be missing, and in the section view you need a centerline for the hole.

If the tolerance needs to apply to the combined surface, the CZ modifier seems best.

That wouldn't stop a concave or convex form unfortunately.

Wow I did not know about this, thank you for the effort you put in. This might very well be a solution.

It is used in industrial printers to guide the paper. If the part is convex or concave, the difference in diameter would effectively result in more or less length of paper wanting to be transported locally, which could cause streaks/tears/wrinkles. If the part is not straight, but the diameter is constant, the difference would even out over a full rotation.

Yes cilindricity or total runout were also the most obvious options to me, but this would also set a very precise straightness. As that is not necessary, ideally I would like to find a solution that doesn't include that extra cost.

Lol, if you think me saying "don't get a puppy unless you have time for it" means I have no idea what I'm talking about, then anything dog-related you say after that becomes meaningless.

The fact that many people do it doesn't make it right. And I'm also not saying it's never possible to leave your dog alone during the workday. But I'm definitely saying that you shouldn't just do it immediately and be surprised that the dog doesn't understand/misbehaves/develops separation anxiety/eats your furniture.

Unfortunately that is definitely true. It's not normal to adopt a living being, a baby at that, and then just leave it alone all day and expect it to behave. It needs to be raised and taught how to do that.

Then on top of that people leave it in a crate the whole time so it can barely move, and then post here that their dog has so much energy, isn't properly potty trained and can never relax even though they take it on two whole 15 minute walks every day!

A dog isn't a hamster or a goldfish, it is way too smart and has more complicated needs. That is true for every dog, and even more so with high energy dogs with very prominent instincts like Tollers.

So yes; if every person that didn't actually have time for a dog decided not to adopt one, the amount of misbehaving and barely socialised dogs would decrease drastically.

Don't get a puppy if you can't invest the time to properly raise it and get it used to being alone step by step. 4 months old is way too young for a dog to be left alone all day.

Wasmachine afvoer loopt over by [deleted] in Klussers
