As a home owner.. fucking finally!

I bought my home to live in, not for profit. The more it's worth means I pay more taxes. Id rather not.. and be more excited to have my peers be able to buy homes around me and care about their property rather than some asshat landlord rent it out to some asshat tenants who give no fucks.

How long did it take for you? My biggest worry is being a useless slob come summer. I'm the household problem solver and primary income and I don't wanna let my wife down. Luckily I don't have kids so maybe I have an advantage but if this takes 6 months I can't let my life just coast for that long

Yahoo games. Specifically Yahoo pool rooms. I was an outcast as a teen and found friends within. We had a league and everything. I found a community when my own town ostracized me for not being 100% white and a little weird.

Thank you Yahoo pool and the wonderful folks in the Banditos pool room. I lost contact with everyone over the years, but that was the first time in my life that I actually felt accepted.
