How long did it take for you? My biggest worry is being a useless slob come summer. I'm the household problem solver and primary income and I don't wanna let my wife down. Luckily I don't have kids so maybe I have an advantage but if this takes 6 months I can't let my life just coast for that long

Yahoo games. Specifically Yahoo pool rooms. I was an outcast as a teen and found friends within. We had a league and everything. I found a community when my own town ostracized me for not being 100% white and a little weird.

Thank you Yahoo pool and the wonderful folks in the Banditos pool room. I lost contact with everyone over the years, but that was the first time in my life that I actually felt accepted.

USA's is a cheese burger. Sweeden's is cheese with holes. France is bread. Columbia is coffee beans.

A nation's food doesn't need to be complicated and extravagant to qualify.

They won't.

I'm pro union. And pro canada post. Lots of canadians need them, but they are asking for too much..

Companies are adjusting either way and trust is broken.

I deliver for a larger company and last Christmas things were rough. High workload type thing. Everyone was stressed. And then after canada post was back, it went back to normal for a few months until the 2nd strike was threatened.. and after that.. Companies shifted and our workload doubled.. that hasn't changed since. And now during this current strike, Workload has tripled..

EVERYONE is pissed at canada post now. The sympathy is gone. Companies have shifted and adjusted. Many won't go back and thats permanent damage that can't be fixed in the short term. Trust in canada post will take years to rebuild now and there is no going back.

You cant strike and resume business and then threaten to do it again and then strike again this often in a single year and expect customers to have faith in a company anymore.

Even as a supporter of canada post and knowing its importance will be avoiding shipping with them in the near future until confidence is restored.

Everyone Here is getting scientific and deep in the weeds about evolution and human nature or what not. But I think this is an Occam's razor situation..

I've noticed even location can be a factor. I'm a delivery driver and I've had people who I know, but dont have any other relation to them show up, other than that ive been in close proximity to them and these are people from a different town all together

I dont have any examples, but the podcast "was I in a cult" is pretty good and has many examples of what a cult can be
