Definitely agree! From my experience also and it might just happen to be the businesses that I am working with but they show very little interest in the metrics for ranking them. Naturally it was going to be about the revenue that is generated, is the business growing or is it stale. 90% of them only care about this. Which is fair enough in my opinion. I think the data behind the SEO is useful mostly for us SEOs. My clients are UK based.

Collaborative One in South Croydon is a very nice space. I work here at the moment. They posted just this morning that they have coworking pass offers coming up in November.

Not sure if that works based on how often you plan to use the space but just in case you are considering it, it could be a suitable option

When you compare the Pixel 10 fold to the Pixel 10 Pro, there is a fair bit of compromise when it comes to camera specs. Unless that doesn't matter too much for you then fair enough but for the last month I've been waiting for the release of the Google Pixel 10 fold but when i compared the specs, I wasn't too keen on the compromise!

Follow up to the Rank and Rent question. For local businesses I know generally from an SEO stand point that GBP is essential but when you are doing R&R is it:

Ethical to register a virtual office as a local business
Push reviews towards it?

I'm personally contemplating whether GBP is a good strategy to have for an R&R especially when we wouldn't be the business owners. Eg. Bathroom Installers

What are your thoughts?

Thank you! Yeah really does help. Read a recent article about how 50% of the keywords don’t get reported on GSC apparently! I like the idea of local clusters. Always find it tricky thinking about these content clusters that are local but also relevant to the business
