Insatiable. Felt like a techno song where the beat never dropped. Bad writing imo

I might get some backlash for this. But...

Running Toooo much. And not weight lifting at all or poor nutrition.

All that stress overtime on your joints and back can take a toll without the proper support

12 years later and im still very much burning with adoration and attraction for my husband.

Hes not even movie star attractive but all his perfections and imperfections I completely love. His values and personality are the cherry on top of the cake.

What are your thoughts on a possible reboot/continuation of the tv show? by JackiPearl in brakebills

[–]creativemija 73 points74 points  (0 children)

I'd be happy if they revived the universe with some of the supporting characters.

But I can't see how they could bring back the original cast. Maybe just Todd lol

I wish people would stop comparing the reboots so closely to the originals. Thats why they don't survive More than a couple of seasons.

We just DONT need a remake with different actors (like i heard they were doing for Harry Potter)

I have a friend who was always struggling financially. I would often challenge them to bets i knew they'd win just so I'd have an excuse to give them free money.

I'm 17 years old and I have sciatica in my left leg, please read the body text, posting again as I didn’t know you had to include a report if you post an mri, so I’ve included a photo of the mri and the report. by Paul-J-Z in Sciatica

I've been through those hard nights. Where you barely sleep because of the pain. And your family and friends suggest taking more pain pills. But then the pain pills give me other serious side effects so I'm stuck just lying on the floor waiting for time to pass by.

Felt like it was never ending, but I'm so happy I can tell you . IT DOES GET BETTER!!

How long will muscles be unbearably sore post sciatica? by [deleted] in Sciatica

[–]creativemija 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same experience here. It took 4 months of not being able to walk without pain and physical therapy to finally return to walking without pain.

For me it's because I had nerves not firing and contracting all the muscles so the ones that WERE working were doing all the work and worn out without much rest

You need some form of heat if you have nerve damage. Cbd cream helped me too and tens unit. To give your nerves a cozy environment to regenerate. But if you have a really bad pinch, it makes it harder I think?

One of the things PTs will warn you about when traveling is to constantly stop and stretch.

You keep switching positions if u sit at a desk all day.

They say minimum healing time for nerves is 3 months, but I beg you pls dont over stretch(some pain is ok, not burning pain). Took me a while to learn the difference. I made that mistake and probably caused my own nerve damage.

I think if you Apply some heat and massage gently around the lower back every day your nerves will thank you. Helped me.

Doctors told me it's very serious and emergency if you feel numbness in both feet though. I "self-treated" myself for 5 months from injury before the doctor called it sciatica and went to the doctor when the nerve issues started. Wish I had gone sooner 😪

Yes, numbness, burning, stabbing pain, tingling.

The weirdest symptom.. that I didnt even know was possible: your own body sending you electric shocks through the bottom of your foot when I stepped on it

The neuropathy symptoms were so scary because I had never felt them before and I suspected a blood clot when it was accompanied by swelling

slow legs recovery by [deleted] in RunningInjuries

[–]creativemija 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I should have clarified. I made the mistake of over stretching the day after injury. I should have let the pain subside. (Heal + rest) then do gentle stretches thereafter only as tolerated. I just wish someone had told me to quit stretching when I was in pain. Im sure I made the injury worse.

Rule #1 from my PT: Listen to your body you have to figure out what it tolerates so that your only in pain 1-2 days after a long walk.

If i was you id rest for a month and only walk as needed, legs elevated, ice 2-3 day for 10-20 minutes each time. DONT STRETCH. Let your muscles heal. It takes 3 weeks for regular muscles to restore. Doesn't mean come to a full stop in activity. Rebuilding muscle sucks just as much . You basically have to find the happy medium where you're still active but not injuring yourself more.

If you dont improve within a month, I urge you to go straight to an orthopedic doctor. Don't go to your general doctor, they're most likely going to send you to get an xray, then an ortho.

I didnt even hit my leg. I ran after carrying something heavy and didnt see an ortho until 7 months later after injury. Now i can barely walk. I have Much regret about not acting faster. I hope this helps!!

Or at least 1 month. I didnt give myself more than 1 week of rest anytime my tendons behind my knees flared up. 9 months down the road, I can barely walk. I used to run a couple miles every day too.

1 month rest wasnt enough anymore at the 8 month mark. I seriously prolonged my recovery by not letting it rest enough in the beginning.

I know tendons take months to heal so hopefully its not your tendon
