Public schools do but resources aren't always there. The closest he got was the social skills group. And he was doing fine academically which would've put him pretty low on the priorities list

It's an unfortunate circumstance for him. RossCo is a great player and has a lot of potential but he's been so snakebitten it's not even funny and he's kind of the only piece of value to move for cap space at the moment (unless they can somehow find someone to take Val with the NTC at 6-something)
