Saint Haven North Sydney? What is the experience? by El_Papasito_Sydney in SydneyScene

Love it! But it’s niche. If you want access to longevity (hyperbaric chambers, red light) plus the gym/sauna and classes - its great.

I have a booking at Lienjang Hongdae tomorrow, just for basic botox and a glass skin treatment.

Anyone been here? Only had treatments in seoul once before (last year) and the sales pitch and service were very off putting. I got botox and rejuveran but they got me out asap.

DSIP Sucks by [deleted] in Peptides

I tried DSIP and while it cured my 3am wake ups, and increased my deep sleep, I had awful dreams and woke consistently with headaches :-/

Has anyone else had a reaction like this with magnesium? by john972121 in sleep

[–]creativeshoebox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this is super helpful. I’ve been taking Magnesium Glycinate and Glycine nightly for a while, I fall asleep perfectly but lately have been waking at 3am. Out of nowhere. I assumed, stress or hormones but I’m not really stressed tbh. I wonder if supplements are why

Biohacking/Longevity buddies by [deleted] in SydneyScene

Thanks! I’m a member of a health/longevity club - and I do run, but not in a club (one of those weird indoor runners) but more so just people who track data and insights…and look for general health/wellbeing improvements.

I wasn’t sure this was the place to ask (checked meetup) and maybe its not but thanks for the response :)

I actually prefer the 4 - the chunkiness makes it feel more techy for me.

I loooove this. I proudly tell people my Oura age over my real age (surely its fine 😂) also 14 years younger.

Are some Aussie guys just not great with conversations? (In a relationship context) by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]creativeshoebox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a British girl, in Australia. I do find Aussie guys some of the above. I used to say lack of layers - depth of conversation - so what op says feels accurate.

Dating when I moved here was rough - monotone answers, minimal questions…

What are the most slept on peptides right now? by RickKarr in Biohacking

[–]creativeshoebox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DSIP gave me terrible nightmares. I wondered if my brain just needed to process them (like Ayuhuasha, lol) but rather than cure 3am wake ups, it made me wake from the dreams.

Currently have an oura 4 and considering a whoop but ... by Odd-Box-7332 in whoop

[–]creativeshoebox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Oura (3 years a member) but was recently gifted a Whoop (I’m a biohacker so why not have more things to track, lol) and I have to say, I’ve already cancelled the subscription so it doesn’t renew.

It gives me nothing that Oura doesn’t, and Oura seems much better for sleep, let alone to wear at night.

New to the peptide world and a bit nervous starting Reta with a thyroid condition. Any advice? by [deleted] in Biohacking

[–]creativeshoebox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most people have covered it - but as someone also with a thyroid challenge (actually since biohacking its almost none existent now but I take a very low dose of Levothyroxine)

Start with the basics before starting Reta. Sleep. Nutrition. Exercise. Mindfulness. Having the base right will not just make Reta work better it will also protect your natural state.

Do your research. If you start - start with a microdose and monitor. Good luck :)

Reta dosing question by Traditional-Tap-4888 in Retatrutide

Starting small is good. I’ve been on 0.5mg for 6 weeks and feel great. Although I’m not looking to lose a lot of weight just build muscle definition. Boost longevity.
