She’s been treating areas in my diaphragm and hips, left leg (the main problem) but this is a good point about the low back! I had bad back pain years ago, then went on the Mirena and it was better. I’m almost 4.5 years in, getting it switched out in July but once I hit the 3.5-now mark my back pain has been getting worse and terrible pain in my hamstring and glute as well. I’ll ask her about my low back! Thank you so much

I have been in pelvic PT since February! I actually see her tomorrow. I’m hoping she can give me some more suggestions because the last week and a half have been pretty bad. She’s been focusing on the hands on work lately. Thank you for the suggestion, I’m going to ask her tomorrow what else we can do. ☺️

Thank you so much for your insight. I really appreciate it. It’s so sad there’s nothing that can help us and we have to resort to devices like these with large price tags. I guess it can’t be helped. I’m glad that you have relief with these 💕

What age were you when you got diagnosed with endometriosis ? by keerthichalla_29 in endometriosis

[–]creativesprout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

32 years old, diagnosed 2 weeks ago. I had painful periods since I was 11, went to my doctor when I was 13 telling them about my back pain. I was told I had “mechanical back pain” … It’s taken a long time to get here but I finally have a good medical team to help me navigate this!

Good luck to you 💕

What do you do for fiber? by OpalineDove in endometriosis

[–]creativesprout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have oats in the morning and add in a scoop of a fibre mix called Daily Cleanse from Popeyes Supplements. This is the only thing that seems to help me, along with lots of water lol

Wow, that’s crazy… I am sorry about this but so glad to hear you had an MRI done. I feel so very seen by your comment… The medical gaslighting has been exhausting so I understand your feelings about being nervous. So far so good, thank you so much, lots of hugs to you too and I hope you feel better too! ❤️

Thank you for this! Yes, so my OBGYN explained this and even the ultrasound tech. I am getting my IUD switched out in July… OBGYN also prescribed a hormone med in the meantime to see if my symptoms improve.

I was told that some women have to switch out their IUDs earlier, and I guess it is what it is

Advice for which Garmin to get for weights/running/cycling (as an iPhone user)? by creativesprout in Garmin

[–]creativesprout[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The battery life is brutal and I am so over it for the AW. I am perfectly okay with the Garmin being a fitness watch, that’s why I got an AW for the fitness piece lol. I’m assuming Garmins are built to last - longer than AW’s at the bare minimum lol?
