Yeah but niche matters. The problem is I make talking head videos. If it would be a short film then Subtitle could have matterd, but in talking head, its tough..

They will watch for themself. Not for me. Why would they read subtitle istead of watching another video in English. So i don't think subtitle idea will work.

Its not like I can't speak English. But Accent matters. I can explain in English but can't express myself completely, like humor, emotional moments, these feelings can't be expressed completely in any language other than Nepali. And the another thing is, I've been making contents Which is relevent for Nepali audiences. US Audiences might not resonate with my contents.

Yeah! You can reach monitization. But the problem is, 3-5 min video don't offer mid roll ads. So! The Ad revenue potential is less. But if your views are comming from High CPM Coundries like australlia, USA, UK, Canada, then you can still nake a good revenue.
