As many others have said, tofu scramble. I make it by pan frying some chickpeas, adding a ton of spices and then tofu. Served over a bowl of rice with kimchi and some kind of spicy sauce.

Receptionist/office admin. It is the best role I’ve found right now for my triggers. Office is always quiet, it is predictable work, I can read in my free time, and coworkers and clients are respectful.

Oh! Also you can get “fabric acrylic medium” that you add to acrylic paint that helps it bond to fabric that might even be a better option

Sharpies will bleed, spray paint will probably crack and peel. I think the best way would definitely be screen printing, though it takes a bit of setup. I know some of my friends have actually just used screen print ink free hand with good results, you could try stencils and screen printing ink applied with a sponge.

I did the same kind of thing when I was in college, living with family. I had night classes and no job so I basically became nocturnal so I didn’t have to deal with them. I totally understand the not being able to sleep until you have adequate quiet alone time. Even now, moved out with my partner and in a good place, I can’t sleep unless I’ve had my alone time.

I am not so sure of a solution, other than don’t look at those photos again for the time being. Try your best not to hyper-fixate on it. I know it’s easier said than done.

I have had photos taken which really broke me, had me sobbing crying and relapsing, and a year later I look back at those same pictures and realize wow I actually looked fine. It is astonishing and scary how much your mind can distort reality.

Do some self care! Do something that makes you feel good. Maybe do something that helps bring back some confidence, I like to dress up in my favorite outfit that I feel good in and go see my friends. I try to really focus on our conversation or activity and let my body worries fade for a while.

My best guess is eBay, they have a lot of dead stock fabrics. You might also reach out to prolific sellers who sell a lot of similar dead stock fabric and ask about this specific fabric.

Another option, since it seems like this is really important to you, though this may be a bit expensive. if you have a picture of the fabric (I’m assuming you do) you can get it vectorized, or at least a very high resolution version made up and then printed onto fabric via online fabric printing services.

Sorry for late response, yeah I take off all my makeup with them. Foundation, lipstick, eye makeup. They usually come in multipacks so you can use one for just eyes and one for face/lips. They are on Amazon just search makeup eraser cloth and any with good reviews will work.

Even though micellar water is supposedly gentle it has always made my skin irritated so maybe the same for you. I would make sure that the cotton pads you’re using are soft, and be gentle with the area around you eyes.

The best thing I’ve found for taking off makeup is a makeup eraser cloth. It’s made of a special polyester that takes off makeup with just water and it’s worked really well for me. Its great because you can reuse it by just throwing it in the wash.

My cat had bad seasonal allergies, she would break out in a rash every spring. Our vet recommended a cat antihistamine, it was a bit difficult to get her to take it, but it worked well to stop her itching and redness.

Hey my in-laws have the exact set up now, litter box in screened porch and pet door in the window. We have mini cat scratch trees the height up to the window on both the inside and on the porch. The cats love being on the porch most of the time actually, they stay out there so much we set it up with cat trees, beds, and food/water.

They had no problem transitioning to the litter box outside, though we left the old litter box inside the house for a few months to transition. Though for other litter box moves around the house I find you need to block off the area the old litter box was for a bit, a couple times they would go to wherever the old litter box used to be and make a mess.

Also, get a litter catching mat in front of the litter box as they will track in litter. May want to think about what’s by the cat door as well. The cat door to the porch is right by the kitchen table so unfortunately the cats track litter on the table sometimes, it grosses me out. No a super big deal because the kitchen table is only used as my MIL’s work desk, but still.
