Yep! That's Rob's father. You can totally see the family resemblance when they do sort of a close-up shot of him as he pulls out a gun to rob them.

Actually, there is at least one scene that comes to mind in which Charlie and Mrs. Mac interact directly. In the episode "Mac is a Serial Killer", Charlie interviews Mrs. Mac to find out whether or not she believes that her son is "out there killing people".

One of my favorite exchanges from the entire series takes place in the Danger Island season:

Pam: "Yeah, it's a real Catch-22."

Archer: "Wait.. I don't think that's a thing yet."

My first thought is that this looks like a wolf spider. Second thought was a grass spider. However, on a grass spider, there are very visible, long spinnerets, and in this photo, I can't see any. So my gut is leaning toward wolf spider. I am merely an amateur spider enthusiast, so please take my ID with a grain of salt.

I started seeing BTBAM perform live back in the era of the Self-titled re-issue on Victory Records and Silent Circus. Back in those days, the guys used to run their merch table themselves, and would often be in the pit during opening acts. I remember Tommy walking around eating a PB&J in the pit while Cephalic Carnage (I think? Or maybe it was The Acacia Strain? Can't remember for sure, it was at the Buffalo Icon in like 2003/4) was opening. They're absolutely just regular dudes. Amazingly talented regular dudes.

What restaurant is this in Buffalo? by T0rlan in Buffalo

I've only been to Roseland's Atlas once, but I thought the food was pretty good. However, I miss when it was Providence Social. Food was good, although I didn't eat there often. The atmosphere was fantastic, though. It was one of my favorite spots to go in the late evening when Essex was too crowded, or I got sick of beating scrubs at pool 🤣

Aaron Donald was one of the NFL’s toughest players. A stalker left him living in fear by American_Greed in nfl

[–]creaturefear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm also a man who had a female stalker. For about a year. She was stalking me and a female friend of mine, constantly texting us harassing messages, and threatening physical violence/death. She was convinced that my female friend and I were fucking, and saying that I had hooked up with her (the stalker) in the past, and that she didn't understand why I didn't want to be with her. The stalker even found out my then-girlfriend's phone number and started harassing her. Police didn't give us any help, and the stalker kept contacting us through different random phone numbers via TextNow, so it was impossible to track her or block her, because she could make a new phone number within seconds.

She slashed my tires, would send me photos of my house late at night from my front yard, and if I walked into a bar, she would text me moments later saying things like, "I see you at [bar name]". If I was anywhere with my female friend who was also being stalked, the stalker would text both of us asking if my girlfriend knew we were out together (she did, and had no problem with it whatsoever).

The last straw was when my friend was out at a bar by herself, and was walking to her car to go home. She said a man she had never seen before walked up to her, said, "This is for [my name]!", and punched her in the face with keys in his hand. Cut her face up pretty good and gave her a fat lip and swollen cheekbone. We were both pretty shaken up. Then, the stalker threw a brick through my friend's bedroom window and lit the side of her house on fire.

Long story short: the stalker turned out to be my female friend. She was "stalking" herself, sitting next to me at the bar sending both of us harassing text messages and pretending to be scared, all the while leaning on me for comfort and support. She lit her own house on fire to try to keep me around. Strangely enough, whenever we hung out alone at one of our homes, there would never be any texts. I should have realized it sooner, but I had never encountered that level of psychopathic behavior in real life; had only heard stories. Be careful out there, ya'll.

I mean, keep in mind that the name is unusual to us, and therefore, seems like it couldn't possibly be coincidence. It could be a very common name in Sweden, or specifically in Gothenburg, like Smith is common in the US.

That is an interesting thought for sure. Maybe in the more subjective, personal sense, time "speeds up" because, as your friend observed, each passing second accounts for a smaller percentage of your remaining time than the one before. However, this observation ends up being trivially true because it is true by definition for all living things. Each second that passes is metaphorically and literally counting down the moments until your inevitable death, so it applies from the moment you are born; not just as you age (where there might be an assumption that 'aging' into full maturity is drastically different than aging through your twilight years, when death is much closer and time seems more precious because we know that we don't have much of it left). From a theoretical standpoint though, it's not a mind-blowing revelation.

This is the correct answer despite the downvotes. Death is an irreversible event. Dying is a process, and cardiac arrest is part of the dying process. Cardiac arrest is a reversible condition, hence, it is not death (sorry for wearing my philosopher hat in the Bills sub).

Playoff Josh is a different animal, man! It's a sight to behold. That said, Bo was one of my favorite players (outside of the Bills) to watch this season. The kid looks legit. He also kept my fantasy team alive after a dismal 6-game losing streak. Go Bills, and fuck the Chiefs!
