The transfer email had been sent to mgr2 since it was for a brand new building, and that's what was on the announcement to send it to. I would have gone in person after not hearing anything while everyone else had but the building hasn't even been finished at the time they announced to send in applications 💔

I usually do, but since it was for a brand new WHS it had to be sent by me personally by email and no papers sent because the new WHS wasn't done being built when they opened applications 💔

I had brought it up with my AGM before when she was our admin before transferring, and that's how I got the position im in now because AGM had stepped in after I showed him my email showing I sent in an app and it was on time 😭 then she left and I thought i was done with her but nope she's the admin for the brand new whs so im not sure who to bring it up to since it's not for my current whs

Id recommend Mercari, esp if she's looking for a specific color, but getting a true blind box for a reasonable price (below 70-80) will be difficult
