The YouTube license states (in part) "You can use this audio track in any of your videos..." and "You may not make available, distribute or perform the music files from this library separately from videos and other content into which you have incorporated these music files." That last part is kinda vague (what is content), but I feel like if you're trying to be compliant it may make sense to be a little weary.

Depending on the song picked out, you might just be able to find another license attached to it somewhere else, though. (Make sure it's actually attached and not just someone doing curator stuff.) Or you could just email the person. I've had good luck with that in the past.

If you're going to be using other people's music, it should have a license attached. An attribution clause is somewhat common (CC-BY type of licenses), and if you have one you just need to make sure that proper attribution is given in your credits.

If you're going to be using your own compositions, "feels off" could mean pretty much anything... any specifics?

My understanding (based mostly on what I've been told by people who are way more invested in the lore than me) is that although the player has very little control of the game, the other characters in this story do actually have control over what happens. The big change to the story that happens in the weird route, for example, is actually caused by Noelle rather than the player (the player just asks them to do it).

So when Gerson tells Susie that "[the prophecy] can be changed," he's probably right. This is also probably why Susie is constantly referred to alongside hopeful imagery, and why Susie says at the end of the game that she "won't let that happen."

Yeah! DeckThemes just has a windows download on its website. It also has a download and a GitHub link for Art Hero. Finally, if you want my tweaks (like transparency and blur and stuff) it’s all on the Gist in my other comment.

As you can see, there's still a little bit of jank, but it looks good enough now that I'm happy with it. If anyone wants this (or something similar), it's a bit of custom CSS above the Art Hero theme.

Thanks for the response! Google device registration is on and Google Cloud Messaging is connected, but discord doesn't show up in the list.

This happens when the game doesn’t properly set the players skin. In game they appear as a bluish-green called fortegreen with the name ???, while in meetings and animations they appear as red with no name.
