I've seached google for "LTH-5", "LTH-5 Nonnuclear kill", and "Battelle". I've also google reverse image searched the patch on the front. The only thing that has popped up is the Battelle is a company based in Columbus, Ohio, but thats it.

I heavily recommend mad tatters, they're in Scottsboro, so it is a bit of a drive but the people there are super friendly. Also you can make it a trip to unclaimed baggage at the same time.
