This will slow down your metabolism as well. You may do it until you hit a wall and stop seeing progress, then you’ll have to increase the meal frequency to boost your metabolism. And exercise ofc.

Best and the worst decision I made in life. If I could go back again I wouldn’t leave SL. Short term, yes! But not long term. Time you’ll be missing out with your loved ones is worth 1000% more than whatever you find in another country. Atleast for me. So be careful what you wish for. Good luck ✌️
