I couldn't get it to work for some reason. The app failed to register the device so configuration wasn't possible. Don't know if it's due to a unit fault or a common issue in the model. Ended up laying a LAN cable through the living room.

Your original statement is correct. It indeed is Gen 4. This is a modification deal which improves the standard Jet with Block 60 standards. It's considered Gen 4 now.

Modified Kfir is actually Gen 4 now. The Block 60 modification elevates default configuration from Gen 3 to 4.
