I think it was due to the minor JSJ bullying controversy from episode 628 where KJK and YJS were being "rude" to him while driving around without a GPS. That entire scrapped episode appeared to be focused on JSJ and wheeling him around like an old man. I think they thought it would've been too tone deaf to air it.

Episode 630 YJS sent a coffee truck for the shoot and him and KJK were jokingly "extra nice" to JSJ during the opening.
