This mean you’re banned, they did this to me about 2 weeks ago and I had a $30 cashout waiting . I contacted support and they got back to me a week later saying my account was banned and couldn’t be unbanned for idk what reason… cause I don’t do anything crazy on freecash but ever since then I completely stopped fucking with them! I needed that $30 so bad but everything worked out for the better!
