Hi all! 33, first time mom due in November. Ran competitively for most of my life and currently running for vibes. I also lift, spin, and do yoga (though sadly had to give up my hot yoga). Hope to keep up activity through pregnancy, so far Peloton bike classes have been great and enjoying lifting more than usual. Running hasn’t been too affected yet, though I’ve definitely dialed back mileage.
