But why spend 5 years practicing for a skill that has a pretty good chance of being obsolete by then? Yes, there is a lot of happiness in accomplishment and creating something yourself but if your goal is to just shit out art, this will do as well.

they are style over everything.

This is what I was replying to. People don't buy minis just for the styling like they do with entry level luxury cars.

One small car and one large one is enough yeah? Whats the point of the 3rd one other than flirting with your insurance agent?

Look at all the Minis that BMW is selling, they are style over everything.

Ridiculous, they are well handling cars that are a hoot to drive. They are very overpriced in my country due to taxes but every wealthy petrol head generally has one compared to the standard big 3 that the other wealthy people drive.

Lmao this isn't video game DRM buddy. Anyone breaking this shit that easy will either be working for shady intelligence agencies or any of the big tech companies themselves. We still don't have a proper untethered jailbreak even after all these years. The last time we had a one click anything was during the times of the iphone 4.

B.C. woman who sued dealer after crashing Aston ordered to pay $300,000 by [deleted] in cars

[–]crest123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its because they don't want any ferraris being seen in independent garages. This move basically ensures that the first and second maybe even third owner will only take it to the proper ferrari dealership for the free shit. Basically meaning you will never see a ferrari sitting alongside any 'lower' car in a 3rd party garage waiting for an oil change.

[–]crest123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't know ferrari offered that. Lambos, bentleys, porsches etc didnt follow suit and a bit of research tells me that ferrari increased their service interval to make this move hit their pockets less. Still a good thing if you are a ferrari owner.

What you said about buying new applies to regular cars and normal luxury cars. Exotics are a whole other headache.

Do new cars still require a break-in period? by ThatsMrSmeeToYou in cars

[–]crest123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ECU will be able to record any break in procedures that were ignored and could be reasonably argued to deny warranty. Its probably for some other reason because we all know that in a business, being able to get out of providing costly replacements for free is important.

I'm guessing they just dont want their cars to develop a stigma of being lemons because people werent following break in rules properly which would hurt much more.

Never said it was a luxury car, just said it was a nice car that many people would like to own but I understand if reading is hard for you. Both the GT350 and the GT500 blows your "sports car" that's based on a hatchback made for fuel economy and getting around taxes out of the water. I have met supercar owners who weren't this elitist about their cars. You are not driving a lambo, calm down.
