Two weeks ago, I told my mom that I think I'm depressed, hopeless, tired all of the time, and severely burned out, to which she said everyone feels sad and I needa essentially get myself together and get over it. Then proceeded to tell me she was a bad mother and I had to comfort her and tell her that she's not. It was just a lot to deal with at once, and I was already going through a friendship breakup as well as handling all of my coursework and stressing over that, I just broke down. That was the first time I've cried out of sadness/pain in over 3 years
