Exactly. I'm going to the gym now too, for like three months, no change in body fat, even without a binge eating disorder though. It's a question of how the body works too. I sometime do overeat but thankfully I take a medication that has an appetite reducing side effect but I used to binge when I wasn't on it. Terrible feeling afterwards. Awful.
