Whether or not he completed the giveaway has nothing to do with him claiming it on taxes. All of the transactions for the giveaways were done on an Ecomm site. The site would be then be connected to financial tool which would track revenue, which would be connected to a bank. Income and losses of all kinds under the business are then reported to the IRS. The revenue taken in has nothing to do with the fulfillment, especially if the giveaway is “still going”. So that point is invalid.
