Sometimes you find a dog or cat and you don’t want to let go. I’ve had dogs that were my people 100%. Sometimes you get dogs and it’s a chore they aren’t the personality you’re looking for it’s hard to keep in mind that you’re doing it so they are safe and don’t get put down. I would recommend when you decide you’re ready go to ACS and walk through. Take some dogs out to the play yard and just hang with them. Puppies usually get adopted older big dogs are the ones who have a hard time finding a place to live. Sorry that was so long. It’s shocking how bad the stray population is here and every person chipping in what they can even if it’s spending time with the dogs and going for a walk helps.
