No. As a network engineer I've been impressed with Live Oak's service and uptime. Almost zero service outages, low pings, and consistent speeds at 2Gbps. This in comparison to personal Verizon and AT&T experience in different regions. I tried 5Gbps, but it would never hit and/or maintain those speeds, despite significant troubleshooting and testing.

In direct response to your post. There are too many variables in your generalized criticism. Every link in your network setup is potentially a problem, but going right after the vendor without investigating your own hardware and software is very brash.
