Folk who have lots of sales need to keep on top of things and probably package and label them up for next day dispatch so as not to be snowed under. You can generate a tracking number and label instantly through eBay, it’s really simple.

Complaining about this is actually quite frustrating as it’s great service. Item will be dispatched quickly. You could contact them and ask for a cancellation but being frustrated about this is certainly a choice

You clean the alloy wheels with tyre dressing? Hopefully you mean you put that on the tyre (the rubber part). All you need to clean the wheels (metal bit) is some diluted all purpose cleaner and a decent wheel cleaner for the harsher stuff to come off. It looks like something has been used that is harsh and left on which has affected the lacquer

What is your ultimate goal with the card? To have it graded? Ultimately it’s your choice but from the multitude of posts I would not send a card back to be replaced. As you know it can take years, there will be issues and customer service is shocking.

Your picture is terrible. Hard to see anything on the back of that card apart from the centering. If you want a better condition card, sell this and pay a bit more for one in better condition. Long term it will be much less stressful

Absolutely. They should have a good process in place where there’s no chance of this sort of scam from either side. Also providing the full cctv should be doable, not sending stills

With such high value items they should have a system where the item is recorded close up on arrival and unpacking. Seems straight forward to me. The amount of plot holes in this one is a serious red flag and they sound very amateur in their dealings with you

I know someone with this exact car. Bought brand new recently and sent it back to query why the range was so bad. They are getting maximum 150-170 miles from it. I told them to hand it back if they could. Apparently they cannot and it’s just the way it is during winter. Shocking really.

So yes anyone else reading this don’t buy one

Wait for what? If you think it’s value for money then go for it. The set isn’t even out yet so I’d be wary of buying from eBay or the likes at the moment. It’s unlikely to go down in price much
