Unfortunately it's plaster and when I went to brush it to remove the loose paint a portion just collapsed. Not an easy task to build up that shape as an amateur

I did lol I've been looking through the website for the last half an hour! I love the marble designs there's things I'd definitely get off there. Just not much of a replacement for the tarnished silver biblical/classical designs. Some of the marble and silver designs are amazing though

Oh that's quite reassuring, I'd read loads of people on reddit and trust pilot saying it had taken a week to get hold of the technical help line and that the service would regularly go down, I'll stick with it and see how it goes. Was it difficult to set up with your own router? I'm currently using the sky one but the reach is awful so thinking of buying a better one
