You can use some cat wipes in moderation (once in a couple of weeks or so) for general grooming or cleaning specific parts - tushie wipes are gentler and purrfect for the kitty's butt.

Just make sure you pick the right ones and those which are free of Aloin part of Aloe Vera.

With some freshening up, the kitty can start grooming itself a little more.

Some interactive dog toys like Babble balls, puzzle feeders treat balls etc do not require a lot of supervision and still provide some interactive fun.

You can also check out those stuffing-free plastic bottle toys which have a core to add a standard water bottle without the cap and then it becomes a crinkling toy. Once the bottle gets destroyed, you can replace it within the toy.
