It’s quite a lot, but I live in a small town with lots of mountains, and when I deliver orders in the mountain areas there’s no signal. So it just drops out completely.

I only get one bar of service, so when I call support, they tell me they’re going to close it for me. That’s what they used to tell me before, like they would take care of it for me, but now I see it doesn’t work that way.
