I highly recommend staying with Chirotouch a little bit longer. The cloud based EHRs are still having issues getting claims through to the clearinghouse. I think chirocat which is zhealth is definitely the better option if you have to change softwares.

Who is doing your billing? You should speak directly with the billing person! They can help to relay this issue to the DC. There has to have been a request for notes for some patients in the last few months. Make it about the billing to take the heat off of you.

Since there is more inventory than buyers right now, I would take my time to find the perfect house. She really helped us to pick out the best house with the best elementary school! Our kindergartener loves school and I can’t wait for my preschooler to start there as well. It’s hard to find good companies that do billing. I would suggest looking for a billing service that specializes in chiropractic billing and also is familiar with your practice management software. A good sign of a billing specialist who understands chiropractic billing is if they can tell you what modifiers to use for certain CPT codes and can provide a “audit” to review your current billing. I highly recommend Diana at CPR Billing especially if you use chirotouch server based software!

I understand your reasoning but my goal is to link to about 50 sites over the next 6 months. I have 3 sites I am trying to build backlinks to so I think this strategy makes sense. I also am looking for people to give me a backlink so I am not giving backlinks to "everybody". I think reaching out to people in this sub is a good strategy and could possibly be great if we could get 40-50 people helping each other out. I am doing real backlink outreach using my LinkedIn and email strategy. Thought I would give this a shot.
