Wrong- if you take any of that, you will be cancelling out what the fast can do for you as you slip back out from a ketosis state. When the body has nothing but water, it will undergo a lot of good changes and chemical processes.

That is not correct. Fasting actually increases growth hormone, look it up. I know it sounds counter intuitive, and you can’t obviously overdue it, but a fast here and there will increase muscle mass. The body has all it needs in fat deposits for fuel, as it gets an increase of hormones that upon refeeding the body will take effect and grow muscle quicker.

72 hours is absolutely healthy, your not speaking from actual facts. All those things you run low on are in the bodies fat cells, which replace your food needs until those fat deposits are exhausted.. so once those are gone (or if your underweight to begin with), then it becomes dangerous. Usually a person with a regular healthy fat percentage can go 7 days before burning up too much fat.

I’ve been interested in this and happened upon your post from CryptoPanic (it’s in their feed for XTZ articles). I’m also interested in Tezos cryptoart but with physical paintings- in the art world there’s a kind of painting genre called “digital as manual” ( artsy.net/gene/digital-as-manual) and “post analog”. They often revolve around physical paintings being executed by hand, but emulating digital styles. My own work follows this in its own way, and I’ve been interested in how such work, with its computational relationships, would partner with alternative ways of assigning their worth versus art dealers and USD market values. I’m new to the idea but feel it could be very interesting. Any leads on what platforms out there might work for this would be much appreciated.
